- Clarifying an answer

- Probing deeper into a specific competency

- Detecting competencies of consultants who can affect the emotions of others, either negatively or positively

"I expect that you did find it quite stressful?"

"So, you learned a lot from that role?"

Behavioral Questions

Most popular form of questioning.

These questions have the consultant reflect on previous experiences to indicate desirable competencies.

- Analyzing a particular competency "Give me an example of a time when..."
